I have a question, how do I get in contact with you?

For anything at all, you can simply send us a message at support@flash48.com and we'll get back to you! We work hard at providing you with exceptional round the clock customer service and all emails are normally responded to within 12 hours. During the busier seasons, it may take slightly longer but rest assured we will help you as soon as we are able!

 

I made a mistake with my order! What should I do?

Let us know! Send us an e-mail at support@flash48.com with a header labeled "Order Mistake" and we will try to fix it for you as soon as possible! If you have entered your shipping address wrong, we can usually get this fixed before the package ships out but we can only help you if you contact us immediately!

 

I want my order refunded, where do I start?

That depends on what your issue is. To return a product to us for a refund, please note this must be done within 90 days of your order and products must be unopened or barely used. You can contact us at support@flash48.com for instructions and we will work on a full refund for you.

If your order has not arrived yet, please note that shipping can take a long time depending on where you live and which products you ordered. We ask all customers to wait an acceptable amount of time for your package to arrive in case of delay before we pursue a refund. We don't want to make a habit of refunding people for orders that are still on the way. For more information on this, feel free to contact us :)

 

How long does shipping take?

That depends completely on what you're ordering and where you live. As a basic rule, we ask our customers to expect to wait 10-15 business days if you like in the US, and 15-20 business days elsewhere in the world. This is subject to change, but if you have a question about your particular order feel free to send us an e-mail and we'll give you all the information we have.

 

Why did my order arrive in multiple separate packages?

We sell a wide variety of products and have to hold a lot of inventory all over the world. In order to enable us such a wide selection and in order to provide you with the best prices, we do not always have stock in our warehouses closest to you. In these instances, we will ship your products to you separately instead of waiting to send everything off together because it simply saves everyone time. If you ordered three items and only one arrives, you can rest assured the others are close behind.
